Pastor

Pastor Hall grew up as a pastor’s kid in Melbourne, Florida. He came to know the Lord personally in college, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in church music. Sensing a call to be a pastor, he went on to earn his master’s of divinity degree at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He had many experiences serving Chinese people at San Francisco’s First Chinese Southern Baptist Church. He has also served as a multi-ethnic church planter in San Francisco and Palm Bay, Florida, as well as on a church staff in New Jersey, and most recently, a pastor in Washington state. Hal has been married to Sharon for over 29 years, and they have four adult children and one grandson. Having worked for decades in ministry full-time and bi-vocationally, the Lord most recently led Hal and Sharon to serve at S.C.C.A.C. about four years ago. As one of the pastors, Pastor Hall’s focus is  the English and cross-cultural marriage ministry.
